Provenance
This work is accompanied with a photograph of the artist's wife with the painting.
Condition
The work is in good condition overall, as is the canvas, which is clear and taut. There is minor wear and handling around the edges of the canvas, along with associated pin-sized holes (the most obvious ones are located on the top margin, bottom middle register and left corner), but paint layers and impastos are well-preserved. Any inconsistency is due to the artist's working method. Examination under ultraviolet light reveals no restoration. Framed.
