Silver-Topped Gold, Ruby and Diamond Bracelet

The stylized floral links centered by eight round and oval-shaped rubies weighing approximately 9.40 carats, spaced by eight smaller oval-shaped rubies weighing approximately 2.40 carats, the petals set with old mine and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 7.40 carats, gross weight approximately 22  dwts, length 7 inches; mid-19th century. With fitted box signed Carrington & Co., Ltd.

In good condition. The rubies are medium slightly pinkish red and moderately included. Most of the larger rubies with some chips and small cavities due to surface reaching fractures. The diamonds are approximately I-K color and SI-I clarity (the decorative quality of the diamonds are typical of diamonds from this time period). The silver topped gold showing oxidation which is also typical of jewelry dating from this time period. Fitted with a safety chain. The fitted box includes a compartment indicating a matching brooch originally accompanied this bracelet
