Description

The carved rock crystal designed as three stylised nail heads, each inset with a cushion-shaped diamond, accented at either side with a double row of rose diamonds, French maker's mark and partial French assay marks.

Condition
Stamped with French maker's mark for René Boivin. Partial French assay marks for platinum and 18 carat gold. Rock crystal in good condition with minor abrasions visible under 10x magnification, an eye visible chip to facet edge where cushion shaped diamond is inset. Diamonds weight not obtainable due to mounting, bright and lively. Signs of wear to metal consistent with age and use. In good condition. Gross approximate weight 11 grams.
