Description
- tourmaline, pearl
- Tourmaline approximately 43.17 x 28.14 x 6.00mm.
The translucent tourmaline of rich pink colour, carved with pine, bamboo and plum trees, known as the 'three friends of winter', suspended from a blue coloured cord with a white cultured pearl.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the pink tourmaline is transparent, of very strong, medium deep pink purple colour, slightly included to naked eyes, but generally quite clean. One small cultured pearl is round to naked eyes, white colour with slight rosè overtone, very good lustre with moderate surface blemishes upon very close look.
Condition: This pendant is probably dated back to late Qing, carvings of pine, bamboo and plum symbolize the "Three Friends of Winter", overall in good condition.
