IMPRESSIVE JADEITE AND DIAMOND NECKLACE

Composed of thirty-one highly translucent oval jadeite cabochons of brilliant emerald green colour, each surrounded by brilliant-cut diamonds, linked by clusters of marquise- and pear-shaped diamonds, suspending a pendant centring on a jadeite cabochon embellished by pear-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 43.85 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold, length approximately 415mm.

Colour and Clarity: According to the jadeite certificate, the jadeite cabochons are natural, type "A" jadeite. Please refer to the certificate for details. In our opinion, the jadeite cabochons have good translucency, of bright, emerald green colour. Upon strong illumination, there are some cloud inclusions, but not seen in normal lighting. Diamonds together weighing approximately 43.85 carats, are G to I colours, VS clarity. Condition: Karat white gold mount, in very good condition. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that jadeite and rubies of Burmese origin and articles of jewellery containing jadeite or rubies of Burmese origin all less than 100 years old may not be imported into the US. The purchaser's inability to import any item into the U.S. or any other country as a result of these or other restrictions shall not justify cancellation or rescission of the sale or any delay in payment.
