Description
- pearl, diamond, platinum
Designed as a bouquet of flowers, set with a baroque-shaped natural abalone pearl measuring approximately 12.25 x 6.07mm, embellished with brilliant-cut diamonds and smaller pearls, decorated with a ribbon-bow set with brilliant-cut diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 4.65 carats, mounted in platinum.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the oyster pearl is of green bodycolour, with strong rosè and purple overtone, excellent lustre, moderate surface blemishes. This oyster pearl weighs approximately 15.30 carats. Other small seed pearls are off-round to semi-baroque shape, of light to medium brown-pink colour, good to very good lustre. Diamonds are about E to G colours, VVS to VS clarity.
Condition: Platinum mount, in very good condition.

Catalogue Note
Accompanied by GIA report numbered 6142724108, dated 28 February 2013, stating that the pearl is natural saltwater Haliotis (abalone) pearl, worked for mounting purposes only; also stating that the smaller pearls (based on a random sample), are predominantly natural saltwater pearls, with no indications of treatment.
