Bijoutier et joaillier français et figure incoutournable des arts décoratifs du début du XXe siècle, Henri Vever (1854-1942) fut aussi l’un des grands spécialistes de l’Art Nouveau. Dans le domaine de la bibliophilie, ses oeuvres furent immortalisées par les splendides reliures doublées du relieur Jules Chadel.
