Condition
This work is in generally good condition overall. The canvas is unlined and well-stretched. The paint layer appears stable overall. Two small accretions are present in the left shoulder of the figure. Minor paint loss is visible in the lower left corner. Under ultraviolet inspection, an unevenly applied varnish is visible throughout the work. In-painting is visible in the pinky finger of the right hand of the figure, within the left arm and under her left eye. Additionally, in-painting is visible in the center of the top edge.
