Condition

These works are in very good condition. The colors are vibrant and stable overall. Each sheet is hinged to the mat. Discoloration is visible along the edges of the sheets. Some faint discoloration is particularly visible throughout the sky in "La Mesa de Mérida". Minor foxing is present throughout the works, particularly in the following three works: "El Lago de Valencia visto a la distancia", "Aguas llanas en el margen del Lago de Valencia", and "Puerto Cabello al pie de la Cordillera de la Costa". A faint “Y”-shaped crease in the upper left quadrant of the sheet is visible in Escena de abigarradas tropas en descanso. The corners of, "La Mesa de Mérida", have been cut diagonally.
