Frame abrasions are present along the edges of the canvas. Breaks in the canvas are visible in the upper left corner, the lower right corner, and along the bottom edge. A puncture hole in the canvas is present in the lower right quadrant, specifically in the dog in the lower right. Under ultraviolet inspection, scattered in-painting is visible throughout the upper left quadrant. Additionally, in-painting intermittently borders the right edge of the canvas. A varnish is also visible under ultraviolet inspection.
