Set to the center with a step-cut sapphire between brilliant-cut diamond shoulders, size N.

Accompained by CISGEM report no. 78374 stating that the sapphire measuring approximately 12.88 x 13.10 x 9.39, weighing approximately 18.00 carats shows no indications of heating, pale blue with visible inclusions and abrassions and small nicks to facet edges, diamonds in shoulders weighing approximately 1.00 carats each, estimated colours and clarities approximately I-J, Vs, on average, good condition.
