Condition

Very fine lines and scuffs from frame abraision are visible to the extreme outer edges of the perimeter. There are faint textured lines of paint shrinkage to the lighter orange pigment. There are also two horizontal bands of impastoed paint running across the composition and dividing it in thirds, probably by the artist or possibly old restoration. Minor cracking is visible to this thicker pigment and a couple very minor flakes of paint may have been lost. Under UV light: glue at the extreme bottom and right edges from mounting does fluoresce, but no inpainting is apparent. The work is in good condition.
