Condition

Tempera on panel. The picture surface is in generally good condition aside from a fine web of vertical craquelure visible throughout the composition. Under UV light, there are small areas of inpainting scattered throughout the sky, both to address the craquelure as well as to address small areas. There are also two small areas of inpainting in the water, approximately two inches above the lower edge, each centered beneath the bridge's arches.
