Canvas is lined. The surface is slightly dirty with a web of thin, stable craqueleure, mostly in the sky. Under UV light there are numerous strokes of inpainting throughout the surface of the work. These are mostly pindot retouches, however there are some larger strokes to address cracks in the upper sky and toward the lower edge. There is also an area of inpainting along extreme upper edge to address prior frame abrasion. In all, the restorations are extensive but sensitively executed. The work is in fair condition.
