Condition
The work is in very good condition. The canvas has not been lined and it is very slightly buckled. The colors are rich and vibrant and the surface features a nicely textured impasto which has been well preserved. There is an extremely faint line of stable cracking towards the upper right corner. Under UV light: only two small (1/4 inch) strokes of inpainting are visible to the top of the bouquet at right though a thick layer of varnish is difficult to read through.
