Condition
The board is stable. There is a thick varnish through which the UV light cannot fully penetrate, but there do not appear to be any signs of retouching under UV light. There is some minor wear to parts of the extreme edges (including a small horizontal nick to the lower part of the right edge). There are some fine lines of craquelure, mainly to the standing woman. Otherwise this work is in overall good condition.
Colour: Much lighter and fresher in the original compared to the catalogue illustration.
