Condition
The canvas is lined. There is a thick varnish through which the UV light cannot fully penetrate, but UV examination does reveal some intermittent spots and thin lines of retouching to the extreme left, right and lower edges due to previous framing. There are some fine lines of craquelure in places and a tiny paint loss to the left of the woman in blue. Otherwise this work is in overall fairly good condition.
Colours: Overall fairly accurate in the printed catalogue.
