Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down, and hinged to the mount in three places along the upper edge. The right edge is deckled and the other three edges are very slightly unevenly cut. There is some very minor discolouration to parts of upper left extreme edge and a few tiny paint losses to some of thicker pigments of the bouquet. There are tape remants along all four edges of the verso from a previous mounting. Otherwise, this work is in overall very good condition. Colours: overall fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, though the wash along the lower part of the work is darker in the original.
