Catalogue Note

With a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production in 2002 and sale on March 25th in the same year and a presentation box with outer packaging.

Released in 2000 as the first world-time wristwatch from Patek Philippe since the famous Ref.2523 ceased production in 1965, the model retained the patented Cottier world-time system found on earlier examples while updated to use a push-button to advance the outer rotating world-cities. The model was discontinued in 2006.
