Description

Of torsade design, composed of twenty three rows of coral beads, to an open work tubular clasp set with carved emeralds and single-cut diamonds, the centre set with a row of brilliant-cut diamonds, length approximately 330mm, signed Cartier, Paris, French assay and maker's marks.

Condition

Signed Cartier, Paris with maker's marks. Stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Coral with typical fibrous colour banding, rows very fragile and could benefit from being re-strung. Emeralds with typical inclusions visible to naked eye and under magnification. Diamonds bright and lively. Clasp fitting secure. In good condition. Accompanied by several loose coral beads.
