Description
- gold, silver, garnets, diamonds
Comprising: two hinged bangles, one centring on a carbuncle garnet inset with a star motif set with circular-cut diamonds, accented with two graduated rows of circular-cut diamonds, inner circumference approximately 170mm; and one centring on an oval faceted garnet within a border of rose diamonds, inner circumference approximately 160mm.
Condition
Each mounted in gold and silver.
Carbuncle bangle: Garnet deep purplish red with characteristic inclusions visible to naked eye and under magnification, some pits to surface. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.00-2.50 carats, estimated colour and clarity J-K and Si-I/included on average.
Faceted garnet bangle: Garnet dark brownish red with characteristic inclusions visible to naked eye and under magnification, some pits to table. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.00-1.50 carats, estimated colour and clarity I-J and I/included on average, including small chips to a few stones.
Each clasp secure with safety chain. Some abrasions and tarnish to metal commensurate with age and wear. In good condition.
