程琦（1911 -1988年後），字伯奮，號二石老人，又號可庵。齋號雙宋樓、萱暉堂、奎章閣、絳雪簃、巨燕軒。安徽歙縣人。1949年後移居日本，經營古玩。著有《萱暉堂書畫錄》述其過眼書畫。二十世紀後半葉常現身國際拍場購進拍品。
