signed Zhang Zizheng, dated gengzi (1360) of the Zhizheng reign, with two seals of the artist, jing song, zi zheng. Titleslip by Deng Shi (1877-1951), signed Qiumei, dated the second year of the Republic (1913), with three seals, feng yu lou, qiu mei bao ai, and one other (illegible). Colophons by Huang Yanzhen (active late 14th century), signed Jin'an Huang Yanzhen, dated gengchen (1400), with one seal, yun ping yan zhang wu lu; Zhou Ziye (15th century), signed Ancheng Zhou Ziye, with three seals, wang wan yu xia, zhou shi zi ye, tian yu ren wen; Qian Zhongyi (1332-1412), signed Boshi Qian Zhongyi, with one seal, qing tong yuan yin; Li Xian (14th century), signed Xianqian Li Xian, with one seal, ting xian zhi zhang, and Chen Guan (unknown), signed Fuchun Chen Guan, with one seal, chen shi zi lan. - Paper bears a tanned tone due to age of the painting - Foxing spots can be found here and there on the painting, especially on the mounting border. - There are two groups of foxing spots close to the top right part of the stone on the painting, as can be see from the illustration - Wormholes can be found on the scroll, mainly on the mounting border. - There are 7 wormholes on the painting with the the biggest one measuring 0.7 x 0.1 cm - Minor folding marks can be found on the painting, not too bad considering the age of the painting
