signed WUXING WANG ZHEN, dated yi hai, 1935, spring, with a dedication, and three seals of the artist

Condition

-Creases can be found on the calligraphy, which could be improved by restoration. Mild foxing could be found on the painting, which can also be improved by restoration. Patches of blue stain could be found along the left border of the first half of the couplet, which can be improved by restoration. Otherwise, generally in good condition.
