Description

of rounded pebble form with a flattened base, intricately carved in openwork with intertwined branches of lingzhi, finger citron and peach, with small monkeys clambering among the leaves grabbing or eating the fruits, one of them standing on a small bat on the reverse, the transparent amber of attractive reddish-brown colour

Condition

Apart of some typical minor inclusions in the amber, the carving is overall in very good condition.
