Description

  • porcelain
of rounded rectangular form, carved in shallow relief on one side with a boy holding a halberd, surmounted by an archaistic crest formed of two confronting angular kui dragons, the reverse with a spray of peony incised on a swirling ground within an oval recessed cartouche, the flawless stone of even white colour with a smoothly polished surface

Condition

There are one or two very tiny nibbles along the border edge, but overall the plaque is in very good condition.
