Description

with deep rounded sides resting on a straight foot, applied around the body with a dark-blue glaze of rich purplish tone speckled with a subtle 'orange peel' effect, stopping neatly just above the foot and draining to white at the rim, the interior and the base left white, the latter inscribed in underglaze blue with a six-character reign mark within double circles

Condition

The bowl is overall in very good condition. The actual colour is quite close to the catalogue illustration.
