Condition
Overall the condition is good with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. The Bishop's proper left hand is lost, and two of the fingers on his proper right hand are lost. There are further smaller losses including to the base. There is non-active worming to the wood, particularly to the back and to the base; the back point of the miter is lost due to worming. Traces of original polychromy survive in certain areas. There is minor splitting to the wood consistent with material including a split running from the proper left side of the miter.
