Condition
Overall the condition of the wood is good with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. Christ's proper left fingers are lost as well as two of the fingers on the proper right hand. His proper right arm is slightly loose. There is splitting to the wood consistent with material. There are a few original wood inserts. There is minor non-active worming, particularly to the drapery at the back at the bottom. There are a few knots in the wood consistent with material. There are a few small losses to drapery including to the Virgin's proper left sleeve. There may be some restorations to the Virgin's collar at the back. There is a small hole to the back.
