Condition

Overall the condition of the bronze is very good with some minor wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age, including some dryness to the patina in the area under the neck and in the crevices. The figure is cast in sections, and joints are slightly visible at the proper left shoulder and the drapery on the reverse just under the buttocks. There are a few minor nicks including to her knuckles and the edges of the base. There is an area of slight scratching to the patina on the forehead and some tarnishing to the corner of the proper left eye.
