Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the illustration fails to fully convey the reflective quality of the surface apparent in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. Very close inspection reveals a faint stretcher impression towards all four edges of both panels and some evidence of light wear and handling along the edges. All other surface irregularities are in keeping with the artistÂ’s working process and choice of media. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.

Catalogue Note
"I wanted a way to have the object literally engage ambient space. Varying the degree of material applied to the surface and the degree of reflectivity in the silver work was a way to push and pull literal space, by reflection, so this was very interesting to me."
