- Le Parrain magnifique. Paris, Renouard, 1810. In-8. Maroquin bleu outremer, triple filet, roulette dentelée et fleurons aux angles, dos orné de filets et fleurons, tranches dorées sur marbrure, dentelle intérieure (Mercier suc. de Cuzin).
Ce magnifique exemplaire sur papier de couleur est cité par Carteret dans Le Trésor du bibliophile (III, p. 288) ; il figurait alors dans la collection Victor Mercier. Il contient les 2 figures de Moreau le Jeune gravées par De Ghendt et Simonet en leurs deux états intermédiaires : l'eau-forte pure et l'avant lettre, états réservés aux seuls 2 grands papiers vélin de l'édition.
Ce tome III des oeuvres complètes de Gresset est le seul à avoir été imprimé sur papier jonquille. Le portrait, réservé au tome I, a été relié ici en tête.
Le catalogue du libraire Renouard est relié à la fin du volume.
Légère griffure sur le premier plat. Claires rousseurs en marge du frontispice.
