Condition

STRUCTURE The canvas has been lined. There are a few spots of paint loss and some flaking paint in the tree trunk to the left of the girl's hat. Also a few small spots in the lower right corner. There are one or two very faint areas of craquelure to the girl's hat and and dress. ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT Under ultraviolet light there appear to be some areas of retouching to the girl's face, to her hands, and a few spots in the folds of her dress lower right and two small spots in her dress below the bluebells. FRAME Held in a gilt plaster frame.
