the body of cylindrical form slightly widening towards the shoulder, with a tall straight neck and everted rim, the arched chiselled handle with tall thumb rest featuring a sculptural bird and two hanging loops, engraved and punched on the shoulder with a foliate pseudo-calligraphic frieze, the neck with a stylised roundel with a rosette composed of entwined vines, two interwoven tress bands on body

Condition

In overall good condition, patination and some encrustation to surface consistent with age, few minor dents to body and some cracks in everted sections, as viewed.
