Arabic manuscript on paper, 148 leaves plus 2 flyleaves, 19 lines to the page written in naskh script in black ink, keywords and titles in red, catchwords, folio 1a with title in red thuluth script against a blue and gold-ground panel within strapwork borders, a lobed ensuite medallion beneath with corresponding cornerpieces, incomplete, last 19 leaves later replacements in Maghribi script, later red leather binding incorporating earlier parts with tooled central medallions, marbled doublures, with flap

In fair overall conditon, abrasions to extremities, some stains and paper repairs, a few smudges and wormholes, ink generally bold, as viewed.
