of rectangular form, decorated in golden lustre over an opacified tin glaze, the raised inscription in cobalt blue against a ground of scrolling foliage in lustre with turquoise highlights

Condition

In general good condition, some abrasion to external edges, small chip to top right-hand corner and minor chip to top left-hand corner, some ware to raised cobalt-blue inscribed surface, lustre bright, intact, as viewed.
