attributed to Parker and Perry, each with a clear cut-glass Vandyke drip pans and nozzles with citron drops, above a clear cut glass egg, sitting above a gilt metal tempietto base with alternating citron glass and gilt metal columns, with later elements
Condition
These have been incorrectly assembled in the photograph. the brass collar does not show when assembled correctly- see internet illustration on sothebys.com
They are in very good condition. Some minor wear to gilding.

A similar pair of candlesticks but with clear drops and all columns in citron glass is illustrated in Ronald Phillips, Antique English Furniture 2012, p. 180, nr. 88, as attributed to Parker and Perry. Also, in Martin Mortimer, The English Glass Chandelier, p.106, pl.53, one of a pair of candelabra with the same type of tempietto base is illustrated, also attributed to the same firm.
