with side carrying brass handles, the stand with two short drawers above a carved shell apron and accanthus carved cabriole legs on square claw feet

Condition

With a very nice colour and patina, this chest is in good conserved condition. It has small repairs - like blocks to drawer liners - and marks and stains adequate to its age and usage. The metalwork is probably original.
