  • MAHOGANY LEATHER OAK PINE BEECH
  • 73.5cm. high, 160.5cm. wide, 107cm. deep; 2ft. 5in., 5ft. 3in., 3ft. 6in.
with a leather inset rectangular top above two drawers to each side, on shaped baluster legs

Provenance

Sir Charles Henry Tempest, 1st Baronet ( 1834-1894), thence by descent to Ethel Mary Tempest (1869-1937) who married Miles Stapleton, 10th Lord Beaumont ( 1850-1895) and thence by family descent until sold Sotheby`s London, Carlton Towers, sold by order of the Beaumont Trustees, 4th November 2009, lot 49, £12,000.

Condition

Generally in good condition. Some minor scuffing and minor tears and wear to leather top. Quite faded in places and could benefit from re-polishing according to taste. Good quality.
