Condition
In overall good conserved condition. Highly unusual model with attractive detail to carving. Colour overall slightly darker and gilding more golden and attractive than in the catalogue photograph. Old minor restorations generally to carving which has been strengthened at the back. Construction cracks at joints commensurate with age which can be left. Rear right leg strengthened at the rear. The top has old minor marks, pitting and chips generally especially along the rear edge but this does not detract from the piece. The top has had some restoration and infill and some minor sections of the veneer of the alabastro top have been replaced but this has been well executed.
