- PADOUK MAHOGANY PINE BRASS LEATHER
- 76.5cm. high, 127cm. wide, 105cm. deep; 2ft. 6in., 4ft. 2in., 3ft. 5¼in.
the top with a replaced tooled leather inset above nine drawers to one side and three frieze drawers to the reverse above a cupboard door to each pedestal enclosing a shelf, with a pair of carrying handles to each side
Condition
Overall in reasonably good condition but could benefit from some largely cosmetic restoration. The replaced leather inset has some stains and is lifting in places. the veneer around the top edge is lifting and will need attention. Both sides have age cracks and there are losses and breaks to the moulding. The veneer on the sides is beginning to lift in places. The left hand side has a patch adjacent one of the carrying handles. The right hand side has some water stains. There are age cracks to the inside of the pedestals. The central frieze drawer of the reverse side is patched. Minor losses to veneers. Some re-veneering around drawers on the reverse side
