- Gilt-bronze, turquoise inlay
assis en vajrasana sur une double base lotiforme, les mains en dhyana mudra tenant l'extrêmité de deux tiges de fleurs de lotus dans lesquelles se trouvent une croix svastika et un vase, portant un fin dhoti brodé, richement paré de bijoux incrustés de turquoises, inscription en tibétain Sherab Gyaltsen et Onpo Sherab Sengye gravée au dos
Condition
The figure is in overall good original condition. There is some overall wear to the gilding, particularly to the back and base on the back, and on the legs, cheeks and nose of the figure. The base bearing the inscription on the back shows some scratching. Some stone inlays are missing. The base is seale but it may have been opened in the past.
