Condition
This work is in very good condition. The canvas is not lined. A close inspection reveals hairline craquelure running parallel with the left and right edges, in the bright green pigment of the upper left and lower right and to the centre of the house. Examination under UV light reveals a few tiny spots of retouching along the left edge and the extreme left of the upper edge.
The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration although the work is richer overall and the blue sky has more green in the original.
