Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down. The sheet is fixed to the over-mount along the edges. There are remnants of an old mount visible on the reverse. A close inspection reveals an artist's pinhole in the centre of each circle (inherent to the artistic process), some minor surface abrasion on the left of the upper left circle and some scattered pin-head sized spots of paint-loss, notably in the green semi-circle in the lower centre and the green triangle. Otherwise, apart from some light time-staining, this work is in very good original condition. The colours of the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate overall, although the original is slightly brighter overall.
