Condition
Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down. The sheet is fixed to the over-mount along the edges. A close inspection reveals an artist's pinhole in the centre of each circle (inherent to the artistic process) and three tiny spots of paint-loss in the black pigment of the upper left and lower right. Otherwise, apart from some light time-staining and scattered faint spots of foxing, this work is in very good original condition.
The colours of the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate overall, although the original is slightly brighter overall, especially the orange and greens.
