Condition
This work is in very good condition. Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down. The paper is less pink than it appears in the catalogue illustration. The right edge is slightly irregular. There is a flattened crease running horizontally in the upper part of the composition, parallel with the upper edge (as visible in the catalogue illustration). A close inspection reveals an artist's pinhole in the centre of the upper edge and some minor nicks to the edge of the sheet in the upper left corner and at two spots along the upper edge, towards the upper right corner. There are some old glue stains and some minor surface abrasion visible on the reverse of the sheet.
