  • A Mycenaean Terracotta Figure of a Bull
  • Terracotta
  • Length 4 1/4 in. 10.8 cm.; Height 3 1/2 in. 8.9 cm.
with long cylindrical body, tapering legs, fragmentary upward curving horns, and cylindrical muzzle, the linear decoration and other details painted in red.

Condition

Fluoresces evenly under UV light. Proper left legs repaired, tail and tips of horns missing. Glaze flaking in some areas.
