As shown, surface weathered, particularly on front, both sides cleaned but the reverse with some remaining root marks and incrustation, scattered chips and abrasions, particularly significant chips to the rim of the fragmentary phiale, little finger lacking, thumb and surrounding area broken and repaired with plaster, area of plaster restoration at base of back of hand.
