Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate. Condition: This work is in good condition. There is light rust surrounding each exposed nail head. There is some wear to the canvas over the protruding elements, which also show evidence of rust, and in three places the canvas has been stabilised from the reverse. There are two spots of discolouration to the canvas at the centre right and left edges, respectively. No restoration is visible under ultraviolet light.
