Condition

Overall very good condition with very minimal signs of wear. The chair's frame with a few minor indentations on the legs and reverse rail, probably inherent in the making. The frame of the seatback along the proper left edge with a surface abrasion and loss to the lacquer measuring approximately 2 inches in length. The proper right front leg 4 inches beneath the seat with a surface abrasion and associated light surface scratches. The fabric upholstery with one very light discoloration measuring ½ inch diameter on the front of the seat as seen in the catalogue illustration. A compelling piece with a dynamic design that presents with a brighter red color to the detailed embroidery in person. This chair is signed and dated 2 from an edition of 8.
